Club manager - Gold Coast

Role Overview:

As the Club Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and coordinating the club team.
  • Managing operations at the bar/cafe and reception area.
  • Maintaining a welcoming and presentable club environment.
  • Becoming a product expert for all padel items stocked at Gold Coast Racquet Club and achieving commercial targets.
  • Assisting in organizing and running tournament days and corporate events.
  • Generating fresh ideas for social events and overseeing their execution.
  • Prioritising the safety and well-being of customers and colleagues.
  • Promoting equal opportunities and diversity awareness.
  • Managing stock and delivery scheduling.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking individuals eager to immerse themselves in our new club and become part of the Racquet Club family. Ideal candidates will possess:

  • Front of House and/or F&B experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • A positive and innovative mindset.
  • Adaptability to changing environments.


  • Monday to Friday with weekend availability and the possibility of overtime.
  • Holiday coverage as needed.
