Your Role
As a Club Staff Member, you’ll be the face and heartbeat of the club. Your mission? Deliver amazing experiences from the moment a player walks in, to the moment they leave. You’ll help keep the club running smoothly, safely, and full of energy!
Key Responsibilities
🎉 Customer Experience Champion
Greet members and guests with a big smile and friendly welcome
Help players with bookings, equipment, and general enquiries
Create a fun, inclusive atmosphere for players of all levels
🧠 Operations Extraordinaire
Manage court bookings and daily schedules using our system
Keep the club sparkling clean, organised, and ready for action
Monitor court usage, help with player flow, and solve problems quickly
🏆 Event & Activation Assistant
Assist in setting up and running tournaments, corporate events, and socials
Support coaches and club manager with on-the-ground logistics
Bring energy and ideas to every event!
🛍️ Retail & Refreshments Guru
Help customers choose the right gear from our pro shop
Stock shelves, manage inventory, and keep the store looking sharp
Serve up snacks and drinks with friendly, efficient service
🔐 Safety & Standards Watchdog
Ensure all health and safety policies are followed
Report and respond to incidents, ensuring a safe club environment
Uphold our culture of inclusion, respect, and fair play
What We’re Looking For
A natural people-person with excellent communication skills
Organised, reliable, and comfortable working under pressure
Passion for sport (must have padel/pickleball knowledge or willing to learn quickly)
Tech-savvy with basic computer and booking system skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days
A proactive attitude – if you see something that needs doing, you’re on it!
Bonus Points If You Have
First Aid Certificate
RSA
Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role
A genuine interest in helping build a thriving club community
