We're building a real community, growing fast, and looking for someone special to join the team. Someone with the warm welcome, the read-the-room instinct, and a genuine love for making people feel good the moment they walk through the door.

You're calm under pressure, warm by nature, and genuinely enjoy working with people. You confidently manage bookings, check-ins, activities, and member enquiries, making every guest feel welcome from the moment they arrive. You remember names, notice when someone needs help before they ask, and help create the welcoming, premium club experience we're known for.

You're confident behind the coffee machine, comfortable preparing food and drinks, and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere. You keep things moving, keep things clean, and take real pride in delivering exceptional service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome every member and guest with genuine energy and great service.
• Manage bookings, check-ins, enquiries, and memberships with confidence.
• Prepare and serve quality coffee, drinks, and light café offerings efficiently.
• Keep the café, bar, and club clean, organised, and always ready for the next guest.
• Open and close the venue, taking pride in leaving it better than you found it.
• Assist with events, social nights, and club activations.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system accurately.
• Restock food, beverages, and retail products throughout the day.
• Work closely with the Club Manager and support the team wherever needed.
• Be a reliable, positive team member who takes ownership and helps create an exceptional club experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Actually likes people and enjoys making their day.
• Has experience working in a café, bar, or hospitality venue.
• Stays calm and positive when it gets busy.
• Takes pride in keeping the club clean, organised, and welcoming.
• Isn't afraid to jump in wherever they're needed.
• Can laugh at themselves and have fun with the team.
• Believes no job is beneath them—even if that means making coffees one minute and mopping the floor the next.

Night and weekend availability is essential.

Opening hours range from approximately 7am–11pm
