Club Staff

Racquet Club is more than courts, it's where the Gold Coast comes to play, connect, and stay a little longer than planned. We're building a real community, growing fast, and looking for someone special to join the team. Someone with the warm welcome, the read-the-room instinct, and a genuine love for making people feel good the moment they walk through the door.

We're hiring two types of roles:

‍Club Host‍

You're calm under pressure, warm by nature, and genuinely good with people. You handle the front, bookings, check-ins, enquiries, and you make it look easy. You remember names. You notice when someone needs help before they ask. You set the tone for the whole visit.

‍Hospitality Crew‍

You're fast behind the coffee machine, good with food, and the kind of person who lifts the energy in a room just by being in it. You keep things moving, keep things clean, and take real pride in a well-run service.

Some shifts you'll do both. That's how small teams work,  and it's what makes them good.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcoming every person through the door like you mean it
• Managing bookings, check-ins, and member enquiries
• Making and serving coffee and drinks with care and speed
• Keeping the club clean, reset, and always ready for the next person
• Opening and closing, and leaving the place better than you found it
• Supporting events and social nights when they come up
• Being a reliable, consistent part of a team that holds itself to high standards
• Working closely with the Club Manager and stepping up wherever the team needs you

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Someone who takes hospitality personally. Who shows up on time, stays sharp through a busy shift, and genuinely cares about the details. Who finds real satisfaction in a room that runs well and people who leave happy.

You don't need to know the sport. You need to know how to make people feel welcome.

Night and weekend availability is essential.

Opening hours range from approximately 7am–11pm

RSA required
