Pickleball Coach/Lead

We're building something on the Gold Coast. The pickleball side needs the right person.‍

Racquet Club is a brand new premium racquet sports club opening on the Gold Coast: 6 dedicated pickleball courts, a real community forming around them, and a lot of room to grow. 

We're looking for two types of people to lead and support the pickleball program:

‍Pickleball  Coach + Lead (full time)

You'll be the face of pickleball at Racquet Club, coaching, running sessions, building the community, organising social games and tournaments, and helping shape what the program looks like from day one. When you're not on court, you'll be part of the broader club team, covering floor and front-of-house shifts.

You're a confident coach, you know the Gold Coast scene, and you genuinely love growing the game. You're the kind of person who organises a hit and twenty people show up.

• Coach group sessions, clinics, and private lessons across all levels
• Organise and run social games, tournaments, and community events
• Be the go-to person for the Gold Coast pickleball community
• Cover floor and front-of-house shifts alongside your coaching hours
• Work closely with the Club Manager to grow the program from the ground up

‍Casual Pickleball Coach (casual)

You love the sport, you're good on court, and you want to share it. This role is flexible,  casual hours built around your availability. You'll run group sessions, social games, and beginner clinics. As the club grows, so can your hours. 

• Run group sessions, beginner clinics, and social games
• Support community events and activations when needed
• Build genuine relationships with members on and off the court
• Grow your hours as the club and program grow
