About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Program Coordinator who can build, run, and grow our club’s calendar of activities – from social leagues and weekly clinics to drop-ins, ladders, and themed events. You’ll be the community connector, driving match play and engagement on Playtomic, and creating a club culture players can’t get enough of.

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for padel, pickleball, or racquet sports in general
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident using booking systems (Playtomic experience a plus)
  • Outgoing and personable – you’re a natural connector
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • A knack for turning “just a league” into the highlight of someone’s week

Bonus Points

  • Experience running sports or club programming
  • Social media or marketing skills
  • First aid / RSA qualified

What You’ll Be Doing

📆 Program Planning & Execution

  • Launch and manage padel & pickleball leagues for all skill levels
  • Run engaging social events, mixers, and weekly match play sessions
  • Schedule clinics and assist coaches in filling their rosters
  • Manage and promote club activities on PlayTomic and other channels

🌟 Community Builder

  • Be a friendly, familiar face who connects new and existing members
  • Match players up based on level and preferences
  • Encourage participation in events and develop loyal, happy players

📊 PlayTomic Pro

  • Set up leagues, ladders, and events in Playtomic
  • Track participation, feedback, and performance to refine programming
  • Help keep the calendar fresh, varied, and fully booked

🤝 Team Player

  • Work closely with the Club Manager and Head Coach to align programming
  • Coordinate with club staff to communicate programs and updates
  • Contribute ideas for new events, competitions, or theme nights
