Gold Coast Racquet Club – Club Staff (Permanent, Part-Time)
Racquet Club is looking for club staff to help run the day-to-day requirements of the club. Previous padel experience is a bonus but is not required for this role. If you have a keen interest in padel, we can support with the rest.
Job Role
As club staff, you will be responsible for always delivering world-class customer experience. You will be part of a cohesive team, ensuring that the club always operates to our high standards and your knowledge of all areas matches this.
Further responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests in a polite and courteous manner
- Checking guests in for bookings
- Operating the bar/cafe, clubhouse and reception area.
- Ensuring that the clubhouse is welcoming and presentable.
- Becoming a product expert for all padel items stocked at Racquet Club.
- Assisting in the operation of tournament days.
- Assisting in the operation of corporate events.
- Providing fresh ideas for social events and leading/assisting in their co-ordination and operation.
- Always ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all customers and colleagues.

Further ideal experience/qualities include:
- Front of House and/or F&B experience
- Clear and effective communications skills
- Excellent time management
