Who We Are

Racquet Club is Australia’s ultimate racquet sports destination. Established in 2023, we’ve set the standard for what a modern racquet sports club should be.

Padel is more than just a sport, it’s a movement. And we’re looking for 3 Head Coaches (1 in Sydney, 1 in the Gold Coast and 1 in Canberra) to drive that movement forward. 

This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead an elite padel academy in one of the most dynamic sports landscapes in the world.

What You’ll Do

As our Head Coach, you won’t just be teaching; you’ll be inspiring. You’ll be responsible for delivering a world-class coaching experience, growing a thriving academy, and fostering a community of passionate players.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching Excellence: Delivering engaging lessons to juniors (ages 5-17) and adults, ensuring an inclusive and fun learning environment.
  • Program Development: Designing and executing structured padel and pickleball programs that cater to all skill levels.
  • Performance Analysis: Using the latest tracking technology to enhance player development and provide professional-level game analysis.
  • Tactical Training: Simulating game-play scenarios and equipping players with strategic insights to elevate their performance.
  • Event Leadership: Assisting with tournaments, corporate events, and social activities, making each occasion a memorable experience.
  • Community Building: Creating and implementing fresh, exciting social events to engage members and foster a vibrant club culture.
  • Talent Recruitment: Providing input on hiring additional coaching staff as the academy expands.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who doesn’t just coach, but inspires. Someone who’s ready to embrace a brand-new club and grow alongside it. If you have ambition, energy, and a drive to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Ideal Qualifications & Traits:

  • Experience: 2+ years coaching racquet sports (padel, pickleball, tennis, or squash). Experience in padel or pickleball is highly preferred.
  • Passion & Energy: A contagious enthusiasm for racquet sports and a genuine desire to develop players at all levels.
  • Strong Communication Skills: The ability to connect with players, parents, and fellow coaches in a professional and engaging way.
  • Adaptability: A forward-thinking mindset that embraces innovation and continuous learning.
  • Time Management: The ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and meet the dynamic needs of the academy.
